Valerian root, verbena, golden rod, raspberry leaves, camomile, poppy leaves.

Feed 15g – 30g per day

1kg lasts between 30 and 60 days. It is advisable with Valerian to feed 3 weeks on and then rest for a week. This keeps the product at its most effectiveness and also means that it lasts longer which is great for your pocket too!
