Harmony Super Vit E

Grass is abundant in Vitamin E during April, May and June and at this time horses are unlikely to need supplementation in their diets if they are grazing freely but during the rest of the year the levels will be depleted and stabled horses will not get sufficient vitamin E in their hay or haylage. In order to keep the horse’s muscles in good working order it is important to add a feed supplement to the diet that is rich in Vitamin E. Lack of Vitamin E in the equine diet causes stiffness and excess of lactic acid which can cause Azoturia and tying up and therefore a high quality Vitamin E equine supplement is very important.

The dextrose and apple flavouring in the Harmony Super Vit E equine feed supplement make it very palatable and helps to keep your horse supple and in good health. 

Vitamin E is most widely available when allowed free access to a good range of pasture. In horses in hard training, or those that are stabled or on limited pasture it is wise to supplement the diet with Super Vit E equine feed supplement.
