MSM is a naturally occurring, organic, bio-available sulphur compound and is recognised as the richest source of organic sulphur available to animals. MSM is found in fruits, vegetables, but cooking and modern food preparation techniques deteriorate the percentage of natural MSM. The other source of MSM is derived from DMSO produced by planktons in the sea and through oxidation in the atmosphere, the starting DMSO are converted to MSM.
Sulphur is the 4th most abundant mineral in all living organisms, and as such you can start to appreciate its benefits in terms of supplementation.
